Safety-critical installation
Use only the bolts supplied with the kickstand; do not reuse the bicycle’s factory bolts. Tighten to 6–8 N·m with a calibrated torque wrench, then confirm that the brake caliper is aligned and the rotor spins freely. The stand supports the bicycle only—never use it with a rider on the bike or while the bicycle is carrying a load.
