This policy explains the delivery and self-collection options available for purchases from 808 Cycles.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within two (2) working days. Working days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays.
Local delivery within Singapore
Local postage is free unless otherwise specified on the product page or at checkout.
After processing, delivery by free local postage normally takes three (3) to five (5) working days. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is therefore up to seven (7) working days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International delivery
We ship to destinations outside Singapore. International delivery charges apply and are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times vary according to the destination, carrier and customs processing.
Delivery details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
